MISS World Fiji 2014 Charlene Tafuna’i wowed the packed-out StyleFiji show at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa on Saturday night.
“It was a very fun, vibrant and all-around great experience,” Ms Tafuna’i said.
“I am happy to be involved with StyleFiji because it is different and they are able to give back to the community.”
One of the organisers, former model and designer Zelda Thomas, said the broad range of entertainment throughout the night was well received by the audience.
“Next year, we will have to think of getting new events to keep the vibe fun, engaging and interesting,” she said.
A range of items were also put up for auction, including accomodation at various hotels and resorts, and rugby jerseys of Rugby World Cup champions the All Blacks and second place team, the Wallabies.
“I thank all the islands who supported us during the auction and the community for coming out to be a part of our fundraising efforts.
“All the money we have raised will be put to good use.”
