DESPITE not being able to cast their secret ballot last night, more than 530 Air Terminal Services (Fiji) Ltd staff members are prepared to take industrial action against their management over what they claim are disappointing salary and unfair treatment of staff.
The secret ballot was called off last night after members of the Federated Airlines Staff Association were informed that they had surpassed their 21 days notice to cast their votes.
While speaking to union members at the Tokatoka Resort in Nadi last night, association national secretary Vilikesa Naulumatua said they would continue to raise their concerns with Government and the management of ATS.
“This is not the end,” he said.
