Wailevu Tunuloa created an upset at the Fiji Bitter Savusavu 7s Under 21 cup quarter-finals by edging St Teresa 15-12 to proceed to the semi-finals.

Both team locked in at 12 all at full time.

Wailevu Tunuloa rover Iosefo Kaumaitotoya bulldozed his way through the defence of ST Teresa at sudden death to seal their place in the semis.

In other results, Gaunavou thrashed Northern Sharks 12-0, Tacilevu thumped Kingdom Brothers 5-0 and Southern Babas defeated Shalom Brothers 12-7.

The cup semi-final for under 21 kicks off at 1.30pm at Ganilau Park.
