RUM Co. of Fiji secures global acclaim with White Rum and Spiced Rum of the Year titles and a record-breaking 98-point IWSC score Rum Co. of Fiji has strengthened its position among the world’s leading premium rum producers claiming the coveted titles of White Rum of the Year and Spiced Rum of the Year at the 2026 Meininger’s.
International Spirits Award (ISW) in Germany while also achieving its highest-ever score at the 2026 International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) in the United Kingdom.
The results further cement Fiji’s growing reputation as a premium rum-producing nation, taking Rum Co. of Fiji’s international medal tally to 313 awards.
At the ISW competition, Rum Co. of Fiji delivered its strongest performance since first entering three years ago.
The awards, judged through a rigorous blind-tasting process by an independent panel of international experts attracted close to 1,300 entries from around the world.
Among the standout achievements, Ratu White Rum was named White Rum of the Year and awarded a Gold Medal while Ratu Spiced Rum secured the title of Spiced Rum of the Year and a Gold Medal.
Additional Gold Medals were awarded to Ratu Dark Rum, Bati Coffee Rum Liqueur and Bati Coconut Rum Liqueur.
The success continued at the IWSC where 10 of Rum Co. of Fiji’s 11 entries received medals.
Leading the results was Ratu 8-Year-Old Signature Rum Liqueur which earned a coveted Gold Outstanding Award with an exceptional score of 98 points, the highest score ever achieved by a Rum Co. of Fiji product at the competition.

Bati White Rum together the results highlight the depth and versatility of Rum Co. of Fiji’s portfolio with accolades spanning white, spiced, dark and liqueur rum categories across two of the industry’s most respected international competitions.
