THE principal of Ratu Kadavulevu School Pio Veivoli banks on their teams’ supporters to boost their performance in the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union Super Deans Championship finals on Saturday at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.

Veivoli acknowledged the support they had been getting from the beginning of the competition to the quarter-finals and semifinals last week.

He hopes more support will be in store in the finals.

“We’ve reached the final stage of the competition and I thank the support shown by parents, families, and fans of RKS in the past few weeks,” he said.

“They boost the morale of the players during the competition and we ask if they could come out in numbers for one last time and cheer their teams in the finals.”

RKS held their fort against Latter-day Saints College in the quarter-final and against Cuvu College in the semi-final.

“Defending the title hasn’t been an easy journey or us for the past two weeks.”
