Radisson Blu Resort Fiji celebrated the reopening of two of its dining destinations, Chantara Thai Restaurant and Teppanyaki, following extensive renovations designed to enhance the guest dining experience.

According to the resort, the two restaurants officially reopened on August 10, 2026, following an extensive renovation designed to enhance one of the resort’s most popular dining destinations.

General manager Charles Homsy said the reopening of Chantara, together with the return of Teppanyaki, was an exciting moment for the entire resort team.

“There is a real sense of excitement among our management and staff as we welcome guests back to Chantara and Teppanyaki,” said Mr Homsy.

“Our teams have been looking forward to this moment and are incredibly proud of the transformation and the experiences we are now able to offer our guests.”

Nestled alongside the resort’s iconic waterfall, the newly transformed Chantara Thai Restaurant and Teppanyaki Grill now offer an elegant and contemporary ambience, featuring carefully appointed furnishings, warm dim lighting and thoughtfully designed interiors that create the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable dining experience.
