Update:2:45PM TRAVEL and tourism in Fiji is expected to grow by 6.6 per cent this year, according to the World Travel and Tourism Council.
In its Fiji Economic Impact Report, the council underlined the economic and social relevant of the travel and tourism industry in Fiji.
WTTC president and CEO David Scowsill said the outlook for travel and tourism for the next 10 years looked favourable with a growth forecast of more than 4 per cent annually.
