The President Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu believes Christmas is a time of sharing and caring.
For such times, he said it was important for people to look out for each other and help each other during this Christmas period.
Speaking to the Wainamako Circuit Methodist Youth Fellowship group that visited Ratu Naiqama and his team at the State House to sing Christmas carols, he said the birth of Jesus reminded us of our roles to always look out for each other.
Singing Christmas carols he said was another way of preaching and evangelising to share the gospel of Christ’s birth.
“Jesus was born for us to live,” he said.
He thanked the group for choosing the State House to share the gospel of Christmas through their singing.
