A villager was found dead in mangrove swamps at Saioke village in Nakorotubu, Ra on Tuesday.
Police said the 24-year-old was found motionless.
Fellow villager had discovered the man around midday, and he was rushed to the Namarai Health Centre where he was pronounced dead.
Spokesperson Ana said the man had a medical history.
