THE Fiji Court of Appeal has ordered trustees of a charitable trust in Rakiraki to refrain from entering the organisation’s premises until the determination of an appeal is completed.
Trustees of the Ra Naari Parishad have been told to stay out until then.
In his judgment on December 11, Appeal Court President Justice William Calanchini said trustees wanted to terminate the board’s appointment under a 2015 constitution while the board of management wanted to remove the trustees under a 2018 constitution.
