Quest grows

A LEADING provider of corporate accommodation in Suva will soon undergo transformation to cater for growing customer demands.

Quest Suva Apartments is planning an additional 22 apartments that would raise the hotel’s capacity to 54 apartments.

The owner’s representative, Sharyne Fong, attributed their planned expansion to the growing demand for more corporate hotel accommodation.

In a statement yesterday she said with growing engagement from multilateral agencies post the September elections, the timing of the project was right.

She said those serviced apartments occupied levels six and seven of the BSP Suva Central building.

“The new additions will be constructed on level five of the same building, which is being used for parking.

“The construction contract has been awarded to Jaduram Industries Ltd with construction expected to be completed in July, 2015,” the company said.

Quest Suva, which is part of the Quest global franchise, is owned by Suva Central Ltd. Suva Central Ltd is a joint venture between The Motibhai Group and Bank of South Pacific. It was recognised this year with a certificate of excellence award.

This high-achieving accommodation has been a finalist for the Quest NZ Fiji Franchise of the Year for the last four years and last won the award in 2012.

Quest Suva caters for travelling corporate executives looking for affordable and serviced medium to long term accommodation.
