PRESIDENT Jioji Konrote officially opened the 2016 Digicel Bula Festival at Prince Charles Park in Nadi last Saturday night.
The 11 queen contestants vying for the Miss Bula title made their first appearance during the opening. The week-long festival is the only one in the country that has been held unbroken since it started 56 years ago.
