Police in Sigatoka are investigating the discovery of a woman’s body outside her home on Wednesday afternoon.
A relative had asked police to check on the deceased after she was unable to contact her for a few days.
A police officer from the Kulukulu Community Post discovered the body when he arrived at the house.
Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro said the woman was in her 50s.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to ascertain cause of death as investigations continue.
