A court order prohibiting the removal of Grace Road president Jung “Daniel” Yong Kim will be challenged in Court, Minister for Home Affairs and Immigration Pio Tikoduadua has confirmed.

Yesterday, Mr Kim was brought into Immigration custody as he is now a prohibited immigrant.

Mr Tikoduadua said the plan was not to hold Mr Kim indefinitely, but rather to challenge the court order through proper legal processes.

This, he said, was hopefully done sooner rather than later.

He said another person on the INTERPOL Red Notice list was still at large.
