About 70 passengers have been stranded at Natovi jetty as boat workers repair the ramp of a Goundar Shipping vessel.
The passengers, bound for Levuka had arrived at the bus stand in Suva at 5am and left for Natovi at 6am. The boat was scheduled to leave the jetty at 8am.
They remain at the jetty and frustrated passengers have called on the company to improve their services as the same issue was highlighted by passengers who travelled to Levuka yesterday.
A Fiji Times team is also at the jetty and have been informed by company reps that technical problems have caused the delay.
