Update: 5:37PM WAIKATO: POLICE are currently attending a fatal crash on Studholme Street, Morrinsville.
Emergency services were called to the crash site in which a car hit a fence near Goodwin Avenue at approximately 3:55pm today.
New Zealand Police confirmed that a man who was the sole occupant of the car died at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating and the road is closed.
Diversions and traffic control are in place.
