The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is still reviewing an investigation file relating to Criminal Investigations Department director Senior Superintendent of Police Serupepeli Neiko.
The file is related to an alleged abuse of office claim in 2022.
Responding to queries from The Fiji Times yesterday, the ODPP confirmed the matter remained under review in accordance with its standard procedures.
“Once a decision has been made, the recommendations will be forwarded to the police,” the ODPP said.
