THE Fiji Airways men’s 7s team heads into the HSBC SVNS Series Championship in Los Angeles tomorrow fully aware that the new competition format leaves no room for error.

With just two pools and only the top two teams from each group progressing to the semi-finals, every game is a must-win.

Head coach Osea Kolinisau says the team has been focused on tightening their defense, improving communication, and learning from past mistakes.

Placed in a tough pool with Australia, New Zealand, and Spain, the pressure is on.

But with a strong mindset and clear game plan, Fiji is aiming to make every moment count.

The Fiji 7s team will face New Zealand in its opening match tomorrow at 6.06am, followed by Australia at 9.07am then Spain at 12.13pm.

Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s side will take on Australia in the first match today at 6.50am then France at 9.29am.

They face the USA in their last pool match at 1.02pm.

The semi-finals and final will be held on Monday.
