The National Fire Authority has issued a public call for expressions of interest from government agencies, businesses, and organisations to lease office and commercial space in its upcoming NFA Turret development in Suva.

The project, currently in the planning stages, is set to be located in Samabula North, close to key decision-making bodies and the Suva Central Business District.

In its advertisement, the NFA described the development as a “rare and exclusive opportunity” to partner in a modern, environmentally friendly office complex offering approximately 8,800 square metres of premium lettable space.

The building will incorporate green design features aimed at reducing utility costs through efficient use of energy and water, while promoting healthier workspaces with improved air quality and natural lighting.

Prospective tenants are also promised convenient access, ample parking, and security-controlled entry across all floors.

“The NFA Turret is poised to become a new landmark in Suva,” the authority stated, highlighting additional features such as a viewing deck offering panoramic views of the capital.

The Class A commercial building will include retail outlets on the ground floor and multiple office levels, each offering approximately 800 square metres of space, available for single or multiple tenants.

The NFA is encouraging interested parties to participate in the leasing opportunity as part of efforts to develop modern, sustainable infrastructure in the capital.
