THE Frank Hilton Organisation (FHO)received equipments to cater for children living with disabilities early this morning in Toorak,Suva.
The assistance worth approximately $ 23,802 was made possible by Goodman Fielder,Hibiscus Charity Chest, Telecom Fiji Limited(TFL) and Suva City Council (SCC).
FHO chief executive officer Sureni Perera said the significance of the event was to recognise the importance of public-private partnership in improving the services to persons living with disabilities.
“We purchased hospital beds,supportive mattresses,hoists,slings and portable commodes with the funding received,”Ms Perera said.
