New Chinese envoy visit Yat Sen

Yat Sen Secondary and Primary School students were officially visited by the new People’s Republic of China’s Ambassador to Fiji, Zhou Jian today.

Mr Jian during his visit said Yat Sen Schools have cultivated a large number of talents for Fiji’s independence, national development and social progress over the past 80 plus years.

He said the Yat Sen Schools has made indelible contributions to the friendship between China and Fiji and to the inheritance and promotion of Chinese culture for overseas Chinese in Fiji.

During his visit, Mr Jian also donated computers and presented certificates to the 2023 Beijing Model UN participants.

The Chinese Youth dance group entertained the Ambassador, students and guest during the visit.
