The countdown is underway for one of Fiji’s biggest netball events of the year. The M-PAiSA Netball Fiji Rally will bring together players from across the country in August.
Supported by Vodafone Fiji through M-PAiSA, the Rally is expected to attract thousands of players, coaches, officials and supporters representing associations from the Central, Eastern, Western and Northern divisions.
The tournament will play an important role in identifying emerging talent and strengthening the pathway into Netball Fiji’s High Performance programme and the Crest Fiji Pearls.
Netball Fiji TOC Chairperson Vasiti Vugakoto said the M-Paisa Netball Fiji Rally reflects the organisation’s commitment to rebuilding the sport from the grassroots.
“The M-PAiSA Netball Fiji Rally is about bringing our netball community back together. It provides opportunities for our associations to compete, strengthens our domestic competition and inspires the next generation of Crest Fiji Pearls.”
She said the partnership with M-PAiSA has made it possible to deliver a competition that reaches players and communities throughout Fiji.
The event also highlights M-PAiSA’s commitment to investing in community sport and empowering women and young people through meaningful opportunities.
Netball Fiji invites supporters from across the country to come along, support their associations and be part of this exciting new era for the sport.
