This means vehicles should emit as little
carbon as possible.

Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said it has
been discovered that some car dealers were importing Euro 2 compliant
vehicles at a cheap price and selling the cars at a higher price.
“Used vehicles may be imported only if they are
Euro 4 compliant,” he said.
