Three men accused of killing Afroz Khan had their case called this morning at the High Court in Suva.
Edward Nand, Semi Naisevunivai and Viliame Vulawalu, each charged with murder appeared before Justice Pita Bulamainaivalu for mention.
Lawyer Shaheen Bibi from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions appeared for prosecutions.
While lawyer Etonia Veibataki appeared for Mr Naisevunivai and Mr Vulawalu.
Nand is self-represented at the moment.
The production order extended against the three and the case adjourned.
