Update: 5:03PM THE Minister for Industry, Trade and Tourism, Faiyaz Koya launched the campaign for motorcycle safety today.
An ardent motor cycle enthusiast himself, Mr Koya said lives had been lost, families suffer and this needs to stop.
Mr Koya said it was a great day for motorcyclists and he thanked the Land Transport Authority for the awareness and hoped that more would be done around the country.
The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness for the safety of motorcyclists on Fiji’s roads.
