A NEW judge was officially sworn-in today before the President, Jioji Konrote.
Justice Mohamed Javed Mansoor took the affirmation of office before Mr Konrote and will serve as the Puisne Judge to the High Court of Fiji.
Justice Mansoor who attained a Masters of Law in Commercial Law from the King’s College at the University of London in 2004 comes with vast experience in the legal field including Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, having passed out from the Sri Lanka Law College in 1993.
He specializes in administrative law, corporate law, banking & finance, general commercial law, income tax/international taxation, e-commerce and employment law from 2007 till to date.
