Police have arrested a man who it alleged attempted to set fire to the Totogo Police Station in central Suva.
Divisional Police Commander Central Farasiko Matawalu said the suspect had thrown a bottle containing fuel inside the station, also damaging some equipment.
The man was arrested and taken into custody where he is being questioned.
