LUNCH Box! It’s a new eatery in the town of Labasa and it offers more than just a restaurant.
With different menus of fast and healthy food with salads included, Lunch Box has brought a totally different look to the town.
A subsidiary of Hotel North Pole, owners Vinesh and Rachel Dayal have certainly sacrificed a lot to get the place opened today.
Mr Dayal said he had always wanted to bring something different to the people of Labasa and the North as a whole.
He added that if other towns were developing with better restaurants then why couldn’t Labasa do the same.
“And I did it. We have come a long way and Lunch Box will offer more to our people here and visitors from Viti Levu with our menus of fries, chicken, fish, salads, sandwiches, burgers and beverages for our customers,” Mr Dayal said.
“Lunch Box is very different and even the interior is new in Labasa. You won’t see this in any other restaurant or eatery in the North.”
And for Mr Dayal, bringing a difference to the North was always his dream.
“I am a Suva boy but I believe the North has a lot of potential and we need to help and work with government to develop Vanua Levu,” he said.
“We have what it takes to bloom the opportunities we have in the North and we have provided affordable prices for our people.”
