THE Land Transport Authority board of directors paid tribute to former Assistant Minister for Agriculture Inosi Kuridrani, who was a former chairperson of the governing body.
Board deputy chairperson Miliana Vulakauvaki said Mr Kuridrani had dedicated over three decades to public service, demonstrating visionary leadership, integrity and a deep commitment to community development and the people of Fiji.
“During his tenure as LTA board chairman from May 2023 to July 2025, he provided leadership and direction in advancing the authority’s priorities in road safety, institutional reform, digital transformation and the modernisation of Fiji’s land transport sector,” Ms Vulakauvaki said.
“His contributions to national development, from grassroots advocacy and rural development to Parliament and public administration, leave a lasting legacy of service and commitment.”
Traditional protocols (ireguregu) for Kuridrani will begin today at the Ministry of Agriculture headquarters in Raiwaqa.
A government delegation is expected to accompany Kuridrani’s casket to his home in Namatakula Village in Nadroga on October 2.
He will be laid to rest on October 3.
