THE Fiji Labour Party (FLP) recorded a net loss of more than $20,000 in 2025, despite a significant increase in donations during the year.
According to the party’s Statement of Comprehensive Income and Accumulated Funds for the year ended December 31, 2025, total income stood at $50,070, while total expenditure reached $70,363.
The figures resulted in a net loss of $20,293 for the year, compared with a loss of $7649 recorded in 2024.
The financial statement showed donations remained the party’s main source of income, increasing from $27,275 in 2024 to $46,881 in 2025. Other income sources included $3000 from levies, membership fees and subscriptions, and other income contributions.
Despite the rise in revenue, expenditure outpaced earnings across several operational areas.
