HUNDREDS of people lined the main streets of Labasa Town today to witness the float procession of the Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North.

Despite the heavy rain towards the end of the program, the crowd joined the high spirits of contestants who braved the rain throughout the procession.

Battle of the Giants champions, the Babasiga Lions, roared their presence in town, waving the victorious BOG Cup in the air.

The Nabala Secondary School band led the march that included the bikers and a 55-year-old vehicle.
