“I’m coming to take that belt home.” These were the words of New Zealand boxer Dylan Archer to Fiji’s Super Welterweight champion Winston Hill as the duo prepare to battle it out for the PBC Oceania Super Welterweight title next month.
The bout is set for the FMF Boxing Series under the Tuwai Boxing Promotions, and features Archer and Hill as the main bout of the event on November 4 in Nadi.
“I have been training well and I am very excited for the fight,” Archer said.
“And my message to Hill is to come prepared because I’m coming to take that belt home.”
Archer says while he is expecting a tough bout from Hill, fans and spectators can expect a knockout in the eighth round.
“I know it will be an exciting but tough fight against Hill, but I will be knocking him out in the eighth round of our fight.
“I’m fit to fight, I am ready, and we’re eager to fight. “You can be expecting fireworks during the fight because I am coming for that title.”
Archer comes with an impressive three wins and zero losses in his professional boxing career, promising an interesting bout with Hill.
Meanwhile, there will be nine other professional fights, scheduled to be held at Prince Charles Park.
In the main supporting bout, veteran boxer Ronald Naidu will face former Super Welterweight champ Jese Ravudi.
In the supporting bout, Mikaele Ravalawa will go out against Papua New Guinea’s Thadius Katua for the Super Featherweight contest.
