Kanye West has settled the civil lawsuit filed against him by videographer Daniel Ramos after he was alleged to have attacked him outside Los Angeles International Airport in 2013.
The All Day rapper was due to face trial over claims made by Daniel Ramos that he attacked him outside of Los Angeles International Airport on July 19, 2013 but they have now settled the case and, while it’s unclear if the videographer received any payment in the settlement, one of the most “important” terms was that the musician had to personally say sorry.
Ramos’ lawyer, Gloria Allred, said: “This case was set for trial next week on April 14, 2015. However, today we filed a dismissal because the case was settled to the satisfaction of the parties. We cannot discuss the details of the settlement, except to say that one important aspect of it was an apology by Kanye West to our client, Daniel Ramos.”
