Jagged Edge singer Kyle Norman has been arrested by police in Atlanta, Georgia amid allegations of aggravated assault.
Police were called to the home the R&B star shares with his fiancee in the early hours of Thursday after she accused Norman of attacking her.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, told police the Where the Party At hitmaker had punched and choked her with a scarf, before attempting to shove her engagement ring down her throat following a heated argument about his alcohol intake, according to UsMagazine.com.
Norman’s fiancee also alleges the singer threatened her life by saying she was “gonna die today” and took her car keys and broke her cell phone when she attempted to leave.
