Deputy Prime Minister Prof Biman Prasad has described yesterday’s meeting with Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka as a normal meeting that usually occured with the Deputy Prime Ministers.
In an interview last night at the FICA Congress 2025, Mr Prasad said that Mr Rabuka had explained everything and there was nothing ‘new’ about their meeting.
“The Prime Minister has explained everything and I have nothing more to say. We meet like this in many occasions and there’s nothing different about it,” Mr Prasad said.
“The Prime Minister has also spoken about about the COI Report and the implications and that’s it.
“”I don’t see any logic in me talking about it.”
