Police were yesterday investigating the circumstances under which a badly injured man was found inside his house in Rakiraki.
Simon Mani was staying with his brother at the house in Volivoli, Rakiraki.
“We can confirm that last night (Sunday), a 45-year old man was found inside his room with visible injuries,” said police spokesperson Ana Naisoro.
“He is currently admitted at the Rakiraki Hospital in stable condition.”
It is understood police are looking for Mr Mani’s brother who was last seen at the house on Saturday afternoon.
