THE A-G’s comments (FT/26/6/15) needs to be corrected.
I believe his view that the amendment Bill complies with ILO Convention is not ILO’s view.
ILO itself is telling him that it doesn’t.
The provisions of the bargaining unit that are in the Bill should be removed.
It’s that simple.
