THE Tanoa Hotel Group will put its focus on reinvesting in its hotels across Fiji, Samoa and Tonga this year, said group board chairman Pramesh Sharma.

Speaking at the group’s recent hotel Employee of the Year Awards night in Nadi, Mr Sharma said they had improved their properties and enhanced the experiences offered to their guests as well as introduced new sustainability initiatives in order to keep the group ahead in the hospitality industry.

“These investments are not just about fixing buildings or adding new features, these are about creating opportunities,” he said.

He said every decision they made reflected on the future of these businesses and the communities they served.

“Looking ahead to 2025, we have bigger plans – from expanding our reach to strengthening our connection with local communities. We are preparing for another year of growth and success.”

Mr Sharma said they would also focus on innovation and protecting the environment as they believed in building a brighter future, not just for them but for the generations to come.

“To the team members, you are the heart and soul of the Tanoa, and each smile you bring is a reflection of your dedication and passion.

“As we prepare to step into 2025, let us move forward with confidence, gratitude and determination to achieve.”
