THE High Court in Suva has given both the defence and the State time to finalise agreed facts and pre-trial conference checklist in a case involving a grandfather accused of rape and sexual related offences.
The accused is charged with one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape and one count of attempted rape of a 12-year-old complainant.
The alleged incidents occurred between July 2018 and January 2019 at Nakasi.
