Government has released a redacted copy of the Final Report of the Commission of Inquiry that looked into the appointment of Barbara Malimali as FICAC Commissioner.
The report has been published on the Fiji Government website: www.fiji.gov.fj.
“An unredacted version of the report will be made available, upon request, to all witnesses who participated in the Commission of Inquiry,” said a Fiji Government statement.
“This release follows the directive of the Prime Minister, the Honourable Sitiveni Rabuka, and has been endorsed by the President, Turaga Bale Tui Cakau, His Excellency Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu.”
Witnesses seeking access to the full report are advised to contact the Director of Information.
