Update: 1:53PM A 10-YEAR-OLD girl is dead after being thrown out of a vehicle which went off the road yesterday afternoon.
Diana Nabalarua was a passenger in a private rental car driven by a 32-year-old woman when the accident happened at Tagitagi in Tavua at about 3pm.
They were heading towards Rakiraki.
Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro confirmed the road fatality and said investigations were continuing.
