Speaker of Parliament Filimone Jitoko is currently leading a Fiji Parliament delegation on a one-week visit to China.
The trip is fully supported by the Chinese Government.
The delegation includes Minister for Fisheries and Forestry Alitia Bainivalu, Minister for Immigration Viliame Naupoto, Assistant Minister for Health and Medical Services Penioni Ravunawa, Opposition Whip Jone Usamate, Secretary-General to Parliament Jeanette Emberson and Manager Inter-Parliamentary Relations and Protocol Senitieli Wainiu.
According to a press statement from Parliament of Fiji, the delegation will visit three provinces of Shanghai, Shaanxi and Beijing.
