The Fiji Sugar Corporation (FSC) has launched a new mobile application aimed at improving access to information and services for cane growers across the country.

In a public advisory, FSC announced the introduction of the FSC Grower Portal App, a digital platform designed to provide growers with easier and more convenient access to important farming and payment information.

The corporation said the app is part of its ongoing efforts to modernise service delivery and strengthen communication with growers by placing essential information directly at their fingertips.

Through the app, growers can access a range of services and information, including grower registration details, production records, grower loans, grants and title information.

Farm information such as crop details, soil test results and farm advisory services will also be available, along with cane supply schedules and transaction records by season and cut-off.

The app further provides weather forecasts and rainfall updates, harvest estimates and payment information.

FSC said a messaging feature allows growers to communicate directly with FSC for timely resolution of concerns.

“The app is designed to help growers stay informed, make better decisions, reduce travel time and access important information whenever and wherever they need it through their mobile devices,” FSC said.

The corporation encouraged growers to download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and register using their active Grower Registration Number.

FSC acknowledged that some growers may require assistance with registration or navigation and advised them to seek help from sector offices or field staff.

“FSC remains committed to ensuring that every grower has access to reliable information and better services through digital platforms to support their farming operations,” the corporation said.

The launch of the app marks another step in FSC’s push towards digital transformation as it seeks to improve efficiency and strengthen engagement with Fiji’s cane farmers.
