Newly appointed Minister for Environment and Climate Change, Mosese Bulitavu has poured his heart out in a social media post, stating he was “walking with destiny” from the time he spent in prison to becoming a Minister.
He said he was a bit emotional on Friday when his name was called up to take the oath.
“I remembered the long and difficult road I had walked in my political journey,” he said.
“I also recalled what I had to bear with and the heavy price I had to pay because of my conviction for the cause.”
“I also remembered those that helped me along the way that are longer present, to witness what was once only a dream.”
“Although the road was long and difficult over the years even at one point in political wilderness laying languish in my prison cell.”
“I was always motivated by an inner feeling that always reminded me that I was walking with destiny.”
“With all the distractions and critics, I was always rest assured that it was a calling from God and HE was carrying me through right to the finish line.”
“I have not reached the finish line yet as I have many more hills to climb to get there.”
