A 26-YEAR-OLD former employee of Fiji Development Bank (FDB) charged with one count of obtaining financial advantage appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
Joji Cavalevu is alleged to have misrepresented the terms and conditions stipulated in the approved loan offered by FDB to a person and as a result obtained an advantage of $4000 between October 1 and October 31, 2018, in Suva.
The case has been adjourned to July 19 for a plea.
