Expect occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms over Navua, Suva-Nausori, interior of Ra, Serua-Namosi, Tailevu-Naitasiri, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti groups.
The Weather office says a trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain remains slow moving over the Southern and Eastern parts of the group.
It is expected to affect the group throughout the weekend.
Fiji Meteorological Service adds localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low-lying areas.
