MANASA Saulo scored the most important try of all when he wed his longtime sweetheart, Kelera Senivuga during an emotional wedding ceremony at the Tamavua Methodist Church in Suva yesterday.

The Wainawaqa, Naitasiri native wed Senivuga from Lomaloma Village in Vanuabalavu, Lau, in front of family members, friends and invited guests, who braved yesterday’s rain to witness the joyous occasion.

“My life is complete, and I am truly blessed,” Saulo said after sealing the deal.

“We had planned it for some time and we knew the best time was after the Rugby World Cup.”

Saulo said it was a great moment to be among family members and friends, especially to begin a new journey after returning from a hectic RWC in Japan.

“I had been looking forward to it after returning from Japan and the day is finally here.”

Saulo said he would rest to enjoy his new life before returning to his London Irish club with rumours of a possible shift to Sporting Union Agen Lot-et-Garonne in the Top 14 competition in France next season.

“I will let the road decide.”
