Fiji Labour Party member, Ben Padarath was arrested in Nadi last night.
This is related to investigations into a social media post he made last week that was termed as “fake”.
The post was about Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka taking action on National Federation Party leader, Prof Biman Prasad.
Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro confirmed a report had been lodged with Police.
