IT’S a wrap for Vodafone Fiji Fashion Week (FJFW), which recorded a staggering five million-plus engagements across Instagram and Facebook in 2025.
The milestone was celebrated in style at the Grand Pacific Hotel on Friday night, where FJFW director Ellen Whippy credited the online buzz to sponsors, supporters, and the hard-working team behind the scenes.
“This is an opportunity for us to say thank you to all the people who make FJFW happen,” Ms Whippy said.
“We thank our sponsors, but this year we have a special thanks to our volunteers.”
More than 40 university students were part of the volunteer team powering the week-long fashion showcase, a contribution Ms Whippy said was vital to the event’s success.
“We run a very tight ship at FJFW, and we welcome them with open arms.
“So, we are really grateful.
“If you’re a designer, a model, or want event experience — FJFW is the platform for you.”
This year’s event drew international attention, vibrant collections, and a digital footprint that far exceeded expectations.
