Fiji stands to benefit from waste management program

FIJI is part of a group of Pacific Island nations that stands to benefit from a $39.7million waste management program funded by the European Union and implemented by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme.

Participants from across the Pacific region gathered in Nadi this week to discuss national and regional priorities to guide the implementation of the Pacific-European Union Waste Management Programme (PacWaste Plus) for sustainable waste management in the Pacific.
